Epicure Welcomes Guest Chefs from Japan to ISB Through Partnership with Green House Japan

Epicure Catering was delighted to host a special Japanese Guest Chef Week at International School Bangkok (ISB), held from 28–30 May 2025.

This exclusive culinary event was made possible through Epicure’s strategic partnership with Green House Co., Ltd., Japan’s leading food service company and Epicure’s shareholder, who supported us in bringing two master chefs directly from Japan.

During the three-day event, ISB students, faculty, and guests enjoyed authentic Japanese flavors prepared by:

  • Chef Noguchi, renowned for his refined traditional Japanese cuisine and expertise in regional Teishoku-style dishes.
  • Chef Hasegawa, celebrated for his mastery of donburi, katsudon, and modern interpretations of classic Japanese comfort food.

Both chefs worked closely with the Epicure team to bring a premium dining experience to the ISB cafeteria — delivering freshly prepared, high-quality meals that highlighted the craftsmanship and culinary heritage of Japan.

This event marks one of the first major culinary initiatives resulting from Epicure’s new alliance with Green House Japan, a trusted food service operator with over seven decades of expertise and more than 4,000 menu items under their portfolio.

Through this partnership, Epicure is able to bring world-class guest chefs, culinary techniques, and premium menus to our partner schools across the region — elevating the day-to-day dining experience for students.

The Japanese Guest Chef Week at ISB demonstrated the strength of this collaboration, and the feedback from the school community has been overwhelmingly positive.

Throughout the event, students and staff enjoyed freshly prepared Japanese favorites such as:
