Bangkok, 22 July 2026 — Epicure Catering is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin Parsons as Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 July 2026.
Since joining Epicure in 2024, Benjamin has led the company’s Hong Kong operations, working closely with school partners and local teams to strengthen service delivery and support operational development. Following his relocation to Bangkok in 2026, he has continued collaborating with Epicure’s schools, operational teams, and regional leadership across Asia Pacific.
Benjamin brings international leadership experience and a strong understanding of the needs of international school communities. In his new role, he will lead Epicure’s regional strategy, strengthen operational performance, and support the continued development of innovative, safe, and engaging dining experiences for students.
